New Links of the Week

Crop Mob, a monthly word-of-mouth event in which landless farmers and the agricurious descend on a farm for an afternoon, has taken its traveling work party to 15 small, sustainable farms. With the aim of networking and building community through farming, workers are helping with the labor needed to maintain sustainable farms.

From China to Switzerland, robotic chefs are in development. Their biggest downfall, they can't taste.

As the American craft beer movement grows, so does the desire of drinkers to learn even more and to pry into the process. Breweries like Woodstock Inn Station & Brewery, it seems, are happy to oblige, offering experiences that go well beyond popping the top on a bottle of suds.
